Contribute app: Answer questions about a place

Sometimes I am unaware which place I am answering questions about. When I click the place name (the heading), the app does not lead me to the place. So I sometimes have to answer the questions on intelligently presuming what place it may be.

For example the heading says it is a PSO petrol pump Karachi. Which PSO pump, I can't find out..

Agreed, I often face the same problem. If I remember correctly their was already another post on this same topic, but I can't find it back.

To be clear: this is about the questions that the app shows you in a colored pop up window, right? They should add at least a street name there.

Yeah, for unique places (like a one-off restaurant) it's not a big deal, but any sort of franchise or chain store, it's difficult to tell.

As a slight aside, I have tried adding City or Region markers onto the names of certain stores. For examples in Surrey, BC, Canada there are two T&T Supermarkets and two Walmarts, each located at opposite ends of the city. The thing is, some name edits were Accepted, whereas the others were Rejected. I'm not sure what the exact policy is on naming standards. Same problem with some hotel chains that have more than one location per city. You wouldn't want to accidentally end up at the wrong one! 🙂
