Connect Customers on GMB - Status changed to: Needs information

As I am managing my business on Google My Business and someone reviews and give some stars to my business then sometime they gave less stars without giving any reason. So please add a feature in the app so that we can contect them to ask them what improvement they want in our business.

Yes please introduce massaging directly to the google my businees to google maps to reach out our customers and solve their queries related to our business.

Local Guides and business owners may communicate, as the key point is that the business owners may need to activate the feature. 

For the moment, it would seem that majority of the suggestion is being implemented, the status of the post would be changed accordingly.
