An efficient policy for addition of new places

Some times we add places but they are not approved, I don't know why despite of the fact that the place really exists but we can't ask for reviewing the rejected place ,

I really enjoy to help people by adding places and give them info but sometimes a problem occurs to me is 'not applied'  and I don't know what it means
