Why cannot we create the new roads on Google Maps?

Hello @Letsguide, 

Local Guides cannot modify Maps elements, like road, town, rivers, and more. Only Google can modify the "the base map". What we Local Guides can do is to "report an error" in Google Maps. To do this, scroll down Google maps menu, to reach "send a feedback", then choose the most appropriate option. 

P.S. I am going to change the status of your idea to "Closed".
