Add street or route

I would like Google Maps to have an option to add a missing street or route. An option that you can choose and start the tour and then send when you have reached the end and that the application automatically adds to the map the route made by me or the parts that are missing from that route.

In some parts of the map streets and other routes are missing. Sometimes in my daily trips I go through areas where there are missing parts of streets or complete routes and at the moment I have no way of adding them.

I would suggest using this in combination with a road drawing system or a drag and drop system to make roads because the current road correction tool is hopelessly outdated.

My reason for suggesting the combination of these features is that using just the gps, the location occasionally bugs and then you'd get a glitch in your street.

1. Myself Rajinder Ghai, a Civil Engineer by profession. For this upcoming LG summit, I would like to develop a Pro version of Google Maps with the help of Google staff. I also proposed a name in my one minute video, which might be got patent by Google later on. In the Pro version, there will be all very new features, which are needed in our daily routine life and also needed by the Civil Engineers. (also discussed in that video). Definitely will disclose in the upcoming LG summit 2019.

2. I am proposing a new feature in google maps (GM) which enable user to add a new stretch of road while he/she travel through that road. e. g. I am using navigation and during my trip I found that a new road stretch has been constructed but not updated on GM and also not navigated by GM. So, if I am using that new road then the software should enable me to add that road lively during my travel.

Just to let you know, there would be a post with an idea that comes really close to what you have suggested, Add street or route.
