Zaragoza's Ancient Roman Theatre

This is a picture I took while visiting Zaragoza’s Ancient Roman Theatre. It’s really astonishing to know that it was a relatively recent discovery (maybe around the 60s or something), so you can see quite a contrast between the city and this ancient ruin.

Hi @jorge_bracho ,

Thank you for sharing this photo with us. Could you add more information about the roman theatre? Are there other similar places to visit?

I recommend you to read this article How to take photos of monuments and historical sites to learn useful tips about photography.

By the way, I removed the Spanish language tag from your post because it is written in English. The label should reflect the language in which the post is written. You can find more information following this link How do I find posts in my preferred language?. Moreover, I enlarged your photo in order to help other Local Guides enjoy it in its original size.

Sure. There’s the Caesaraugusta’s route, where you can visit 5 different sites at once. From these, I would say both the Theatre and the Roman Forum are the most interesting ones. Also, there are some Roman walls around the Cesar Augusto’s tram stop. As for the articles, I am going to take them into account for the next posts, so thanks for the advice. Also, I wrote it both in English and Spanish, so I wanted to write something brief, but on another ocassion I think I may choose one of the two.
