Just sharing the recipe. Anyone can give a try
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Wheat flour or All purpose flour
1/2 cup Milk
1 Egg at room temperature
1 tsp Baking powder
3 tbsp Powdered sugar
2 tbsp Butter or normal cooking Oil
**(if not using egg) then add 1 tsp Baking soda
Add all the ingredients to the flour knead it by adding milk slowly and then let it rest for 15 minutes
Make medium balls and roll it to make a Roti a inch thick and then cut with doughnut cutter
In case you don’t have the cutter use a sharp edge glass and for inner circle use a bottle cap
