Yes we are all roaming and exploring new places and making new stories to cherish our heart. weather be it a monument or a simple bus station , we now have power to guide other people like us of where to go and what to expect.
With our smartphone and some observations we can actually make a huge difference in out community, places and small businesses. We all know how we feel when a small thing breaks on the go and that may create a big hiccup in our day. Adiing a small business in Google maps and giving our thoughts on it might not take huge time but it may make a difference to other people as well as the business itself weather be it a. huge conglomerate or a small vendor.
For instance , the building management where I reside was tired of handling queries of random people calling them and inquiring about “movie theater” just because some resident might have published his business in the number of out building management. Once during a casual talk the security personnel told me about this issue , and I readily checked the maps and saw the issue . I instantly suggested an edit and the problem was solved with 3 days once my edit was approved. Now, they are quite relieved that they can perform their duties instead of handling such calls frequently.
these small things actually makes huge difference in many lives.
When I put a good review of a small restaurant and that gives a smile on the owner and inturn helps in his business that’s the impact of our photos and reviews.
Information is the new Oil of this century and we are all riggers of this generation.
