Hi. For the past month I have been facing “your upload is pending” issue. It happens to me on both android and desktop. I always have to actively clear cache, edit post, remove the pending pics, and re-edit post to submit again and the cycle goes on until it’s successful. On occasion, I’d even delete the app and that doesn’t help as well. Even the desktop doesn’t help. I have been trying to upload the last pic for my review for the last 30 mins and it can’t be uploaded. I know for a fact that my internet is not an issue cos other pictures could be upload eventually but not this particular one. Anyone know how to fix this?

trust me if this was a general problem on the serverside we would be flooded with complaints, so in my opinion, there is a 99% chance that the issue causing your problems on your end. It could be your internet connection or your devices. Or since both laptop and phone are affected it could be something related to your account.
Just to be sure, you are having problems with Google Maps and not LocalGuidesConnectr.com?
Could it be that you have selected upload only when connected to wifi?
Your lighthouse review with 7 photos including the one partly shown in your screenshot went public about an hour ago.

Yes I’m referring to Google map’s review. Is there a seperate place to post for Google map related?
I tried looking for the “upload when connected to wifi” and couldn’t find it. Can you pls let me know where to find it?
Yes it finally went live after nearly an hour of reposting and clearing cache and data.
I have also recently started to face this kind of pending issues for some of my reviews. For example, I can see this picture among my photos but if I go via my reviews I get the sign that my upload is pending.
Any idea what it might causing it?

Please test if reviews without images have this issue. I believe it is related to uploading photos only.

Please use Incognito mode to check if your reviews are published or not.

I just discovered that there too many of my reviews having the same problem indicated by the topic … so randomly chosen I guess. Many of them have done almost during the same time

Hi @MortenCopenhagen . I am facing the same issue from a last few months. My internet connection is stable also I have my account open only in my phone. How do I solve it. Please help.
I started facing this issue since last month then I noticed that this issue is happening since last two years. Images which were published now appear as pending upload. And many people are facing it. Don’t know what’s happening and when it will resolved.

I am also facing the same in my google map , i just deleted the app and try to install again and then uploaded then its working , and also this happened again after some time

I have the same issue since about two weeks.
Google Maps app and web version both have the same problem. So I do not think it should solve this picture isssu. But did someone really solve the problem after reinstalling the app?If yes, I am also wondering if you did not loose any of your data or previous information after reinstalling?
If someone solved this problem, please write here how you did it?
Or is this a Google software problem which they still were not able to solve?
