When I try to apply the code included it doesn’t work.

Anyone in the States (New York) have any similar issues?

@K_E_N_N_E_C_T_E_D I didn’t actually “apply” mine, but I clicked the link straight from the email, and it was taking the code just fine. I highly suggest you try the same. Look for the bright blue button that says ‘Redeem now’ and click on it. Then on the next page, click the ‘Redeem’ button again (the code should’ve been pre-filled)

If that doesn’t work, can you post a screenshot of the error message? (please don’t show the code in the screenshot). Also, just want to make sure, the email was directly delivered to your email right?

Yes, the code was sent to my email.

I’ve tried to “cut and paste” the code. I tried problem solving prior to posting here.

This is the message I get, “Sorry, it appears there is an issue with your code. We recommend copying and pasting the redemption code. If you need help with your order please check out the FAQ page.”

When I go to the FAQ page to report the error, I got this message,“Error: ErrorInvalidSubmition3”

I used my laptop to redeem my gift it did not work with cellphone no clue why. Good luck and hello from Michigan @K_E_N_N_E_C_T_E_D

@K_E_N_N_E_C_T_E_D apologies if I’m repeating myself, but I just want to be very clear.

You mentioned that you have tried copy and pasting the code, but have you tried clicking the link directly from the email and proceed from there? In other words, have you tried to redeem the award without copy and pasting the code?

@Erna_LaBeau do you remember what error you got when trying to redeem through your phone? Also which phone and browser did you use?

I just tried redeeming on Chrome browser on my Android phone and it went through just fine

@iyudhi same message as @K_E_N_N_E_C_T_E_D received. I was using iPhone when I tried to redeem it, maybe that’s the reason? I have used my Mac laptop with Chrome browser to claim it.

Ah interesting @Erna_LaBeau . I just tried claiming through my iPhone from both Safari and Chrome and it was taking it.

In any case it’s definitely worth a try @K_E_N_N_E_C_T_E_D . Can you try claiming using different gadget and/or browser from the one you were using before?

@Erna_LaBeau .but I redeem my own code through my phone through the email.fill the form.am waiting for my gift for three weeks or six weeks.thanks

@K_E_N_N_E_C_T_E_D I’m out of ideas then. Let’s wait and see if anyone else is having the same issue and can offer other solutions, but we might also need help from a Google Moderator.

Oh no @K_E_N_N_E_C_T_E_D I tried to redeem it many time on my cell with no luck I got the same message as yours. When I tried with laptop and followed the instructions I have no problem at all.

@K_E_N_N_E_C_T_E_D Which browser did you use to claim the code? If you were using Chrome, can you try using Edge browser?

Another user was having the same issue, and they were able to resolve by copying the URL (with pre-filled code) from Chrome to Edge browser. If that doesn’t work, might be worth trying Incognito, or other browsers like Firefox.

Can you give it a shot and let us know if it works?
