To solve this problem enable the ‘Sync People details’ from the sync options available in your Google account. This should solve the problem. Let me know what happens.

Thank you for reaching us. Regarding your inquiry, please make sure to check in the settings of your phone. Are you using an android phone? If so, you can try to resolve the problem that you are facing, is by following the instructions bellow:
- Open Setting on your phone and then click on Apps
- Select Maps > uncheck all permissions => Go to storage > Clear Data
- Then select Google Play Service > uncheck all permissions => Go to storage > manage storage > clear all data
- Please reboot your phone
- Then access Setting once more > Apps
- Select Maps > check all permissions
- Select Google Play service > check all permissions
As well you may give a try as Accounts > Google > name of your account and tap a synchronize that account.
