Your co-warriors to fight the COVID-19

During the quarantine time, you should eat healthy foods, fruits, and vegetables which will increase your immune system to fight the dangerous COVID-19. As I am at home for nearly a month I am trying to eat some fruits which provide me a lot of Vitamin C. On the other hand, it is summer in Bangladesh which is the peak time of getting mouth-watering fruits. In this post, I will just share the photos with the name only. No description or recipe to eat them. I am requesting you tell us how you eat them if they are available in your country.

It is important to consume Healty food at this timeâ€Ļ

Not just these fruits we should consume whatever we get as it is difficult to find a specific fruit at this time.

I am trying to include more veggies and hydrating fruits to the diet as the climate very hot these daysâ€Ļ

we are also trying to eat more vegetables at this time @FalguniP . Though we are confined at home, vegetable and fruit sellers come our lane and we buy from them, no need to go to the bazaar. We are worried about the situation as lockdown time extended. Anyway, nothing to do but to stay at home to be safe. Thanks for your comments.

We have all these fruits here in Nigeria, except strawberries.

As there is not any specific medicine or vaccination for this virus so increasing body immune is one of the best things to fight against this devil. The health specialist advises so. Please try to eat healthy foods, fruits, and vegetables as much possible @Tushar18 . Thanks for your comments.
