Good day GG. Trust you are well. I have been trying to start a you tube account in order to load a video for the local guides event in the US later this year. Iam not the sharpest tool in the shed when it concerns with technology. Is there a guide for a laymen like me,it almost feels the systems are designed for everyday computer experts. Is there a simple,user friendly,welcoming,make you feel good and safe way to start a you tube account and load a one minute video. I know some may refer me to certain steps and stages,is there a simple way,i ask humbly without sounding daft. A thousand apologies if it comes across as a simple question. - For Connect Live, you can also upload the video to your Google Drive and share the link, make sure it’s public when shared.

Hi Stephen. Trust you are well. Is it possible for you to assist. I have tried to submit my Connect Live 2019 a few times. It seems the submit button simply freezes at the end as one tries to complete the submission. The other challenge is there is no way of knowing whether the application has been successfully submited. The cut off date is tomorrow the 30 April. Your assistance is much appreciated.
