Hello Everyone, My name is Alejandra Moran, I’m from Medellin Colombia.
I started sharing my opinions on google maps around 3 years ago without paying much attention until something happened!
One day I was at a beautiful restaurant with my friends and we were starving, so we ordered as soon as we could, we were waiting for our food for over 1 hour and then the waiter came to our table and informed us that they could not prepare our dishes, because they didn’t have some ingredients available.
We felt so frustrated because we were starving, it was too late and there were no other restaurants around. At that moment, I wanted to share that experience with everybody, because I did not want anyone suffering the same, so I took my phone and posted what had happened on google maps, this made me feel better.
From that moment on, I started to share more conscious reviews about the places I visited, because I would have appreciated very much if someone had told me about their experience before visiting a place like that.
I’m passionate about food, My only reading to go to the gym is so I can eat without guilt, I try to visit a new restaurant every week and I love to share my opinions about it, is it as delicious as advertised? Is it expensive? Do you have to wait a long time to get your food? Etc.,
I’m that type of person that takes pictures of food before eating, I love to share photos of the dishes to entice others to taste them and I also love to share pictures of the ambiance and the decoration of the restaurant, is it nice? is it clean? etc. That is so important to me, because I like to have co pictures of me in the places I visit to post them on my social media, I love to share all of this because in this way others can make the decision to visit or not visit the place based on mine and other’s local guides experiences, so I feel like I’m helping others to make the right decisions.
