Is it worth flagging photos posted in the wrong area on Google Maps 
I’m trying to clean up photos posted in my local area and no matter how often I flag wrong photos they still appear on the map. I noticed a few local guides who post same photos to different sites on the map in my area.

I too feel that flagging individual photos does not seem to be effective or reacted upon with a very long delay.

Thanks for your message and I now know that I’m not the only one feeling frustrated about this issue. However, I noticed that occasionally some photos are removed after persistent flagging them.
The other issue I find almost silly is bus stops near a certain POI on the map that people posted photos and reviews of the POI and not the bus stop. For example, a bus stop https://maps.app.goo.gl/LWfpLJaV5x368UKF8 near Sydney Olympic Park Archery Centre. I’ve flagged most of them and most have been removed except for one. I guess it works in some cases. I’ll PM you.

Just yesterday I added a photo to a busstop next to a train station by accident. I had to delete it and the upload it to the train station pin instead.

Eu também por acidente já postei foto em local errado. Eu queria postar foto de uma estação de VLT e incorretamente anexei a uma estação de metrô. E sempre tenho muito cuidado.
Acredito, opinião pessoal, que muito desses erros não sejam intencionais, mas acidentes quando se envia a foto para um local por sugestão do Google Mapas ou a partir diretamente da Galeria do telefone para um local.

I agree that sometimes it’s accidental post especially when local guides post photos suggested by Google maps.
