Hello @VIP_QATAR ,
The place to which you refer is claimed via Google My Business. They are likely providing that number directly to Google, thus making it overwrite any changes you make. To get this permanently fixed please create an post in the Google My Business forum so that a Prodcut Expert there can have Google contact the business to make corrections on their end.
