Wrong numer of reviews appearing

Hi there,

I am a Dutch speaking contributor of Google Maps.

The number of my reviews that is shown on my profile page (see photo 1, 699 reviews) is not the same as the number of reviews that appear next to my name (see photo 2, 14 reviews) on company pages (review section). As you can see there’s a significantly difference between the number of reviews.

How can I ensure that the correct number of reviews is displayed near my name?

As a first step, you can force a log-out on your devices by clicking on the Log Out button in the UI, clear browser cookies/cache, and log back in.

Also, points are awarded per high-quality contribution of a place and all contributions must be made public. Some of your contributions may be marked private if they do not adhere to our policies (reviews, photos and videos, community).
