Wrong Local Guide Level After Restriction

Hi,

I recently got my account restricted without a given reason, I appealed and got my account reinstated, but since I got my account reinstated my Local Guide Level was significantly down, and I have also noticed that some of my reviews aren’t posted and/or public. I don’t see anything in the posts that can go against the policies, most are just photos of food.

How can I get someone to look into this? I didn’t find any other avenue to reach out about this, so I am hopping someone here can help me.

I have a screenshot attached proving that I leveled up.

Kind Regards

If you are sure you have not violated some guidelines this form is what you need

Hai, @rrbaeta sabar yaaaa semoga masalahnya segera terselesaikan dengan baik. Salam kenal saya Nyai Titik dari Indonesia :indonesia: :raised_fist:t2::raised_fist:t2::raised_fist:t2::raised_fist:t2:

This only seems to allow me to ask for a review of the hidden reviews, is there any place I can appeal to review why my Local Guide Level is about 1k points down?

This is the only form relevant to use here.

Hello @rrbaeta, welcome to the Local Guides Connect community!

How long ago was your account reinstated? Chances are, it takes time to publish all your recently hidden contributions again.

We can see, out of your 379 photos and 43 videos, only 27 are published. Either many of them will be re-published with the next days or weeks or you have a massive problem with not obeying rules or being suspicious for SPAM.

The fact that none of your reviews are published, could be caused bey attached media. If only a single photo or video is rejected, the entire review where it is attached to, will be hidden too.

When you look at My ContributionsPhotos, you can recognize rejected photos or videos by a yellow triangle on the upper left (only, if they were taken at places within the EU). Start wir the most recent, watch carefully if all rules are obeyed. You can also show a screenshot here, in case some other local guide might give you a hint, but Google never tells us, what exactly is wrong with hidden contributions.

BTW, I am not sure it matters, but I don’t think it is a good idea to show in your profile: "Follow my YouTube channel for more beautiful views of the world at: https://youtube.com... " In case, you mentioned the same in a review or even overlaying a photo, this will cause the contribution to be rejected.
