Hi guys! I want to tell you a brief story about my experience with Gourmet pizzas!
I am a curious person and I love every kind of nature, but I am Italian so you know, most of all I love food.
I lived almost one year in Valencia, but I don’t remember even a restaurant which makes me think: ok I want to come back here as soon as possible.
Italy have the best restaurants ever trust me 
I often have a dinner out in new restaurants/pizzerias as in my city sprout like mushrooms!
Despite this, I did not even find a pizzeria where I really liked pizza. I wanted that extra something, which transform a pizza into a masterpiece because eating is not merely a way to nurturing yourself, but a way to take your time and to taste art!
So, one day I decided to take my phone and combing through photos and reviews near my area. I was looking for something that made my mouth water.
Finally, I found two pizzerias which make Gourmet pizzas, so I decided to set up a dinner with my friends in the first restaurant available. What I can tell you is that when I finished eating I was thinking about when I would come back there! Since then I can’t eat pizzas that aren’t Gourmet ones 
Of course, I went to the other restaurant as well, just for curiosity and to discover who does the best pizza… well, what I can say, it has been a draw!
Here’s the two pizzas in comparison:
On the left, the black pizza (made with vegetal carbon that makes the pizza lighter) and on the right, the Neapolitan pizza made with stracciatella, mortadella and mozzarella, and it’s awesome.
