Would you consider "alternative" plating?

With food, plating is everything but what if you are far off in your Ugandan farm but still gotta eat?

We go back to our roots using the best resource we have which is banana Leaves. The banana plant is the most common food crop in any plantation around the country and to say every part of it is used is an understatement.

In the picture, bananas (green bananas) peeled and boiled with chicken and pork served on a banana leaves which are very fragile ( because they tear) but if handles well they make great plates and infuse that familiar aroma into whatever food is on it and ofcourse no dishes to do because you can trash it right after.

@desree256 it’s a great idea and good looking to use leaves as a plate. :+1:
