Question. What will happen after 4/2/2019 when Google+ profiles are gone? Do we need to create new profile on this site?

No, you don’t need @LouMC
Your Google profile is related to Gmail, not to G+
We will not see any change in the community, we will just be a bit sad, because the first official community of Local Guides started on G+.
