Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV) is a big consortium of R&D companies specialized in oil & gas technologies. The DTV science park is managed by King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). The total area of the science park is approximately 5 km and it contains beautiful lush green landscape (trees and grass) everywhere. The park has its own security and the entry to this facility is restricted only to company employees, for visitors interested in visiting this technology park they can get the access token from the security gates by showing their personal ID cards. The speed limit in this park is set at a maximum of 30 Km/h and anyone who violates the inside traffic role will be fined. There are well designed footpaths inside this park to facilitate the pedestrians to roam around. This park is considered as the worlds largest science park hosting the R&D companies from Oil and Gas technologies. Uber or Careem apps can be used to travel this beautiful science park located in Dhahran, AlKhobar. The best time to visit this park is in the winter season (November-February), during summer season the temperature here will be extreme and will not be possible to roam outside.

Thanks for sharing this place. This is the first time that I hear about it but it looks promising. I like the fact that there is a park with green trees where the people can relax and enjoy the sun for a while. Is there any public transport?

Unfortunately, there are no public transport available here to access this park, the visitors can hire vehicles through Uber/Careem/Private Taxis/personal cars to wander around this technology science park.
