Hello My Wonderful LG FAMILY , As a part of World Wide Map Editing Event intiative by proactive @HelloSamsonR From Nigeria , Jordan First country join this Event , this event is very important for the quality of the Jordan map , we choose Amman the capital to be the first city to make this meetup ,

for me it was a very exciting experience , From the beginning everything motivated and organized the New and Improved Meet-Up Site is incredibly easy step by step process to submit the meetup and what next is the approval and guess what the Amazing team for meetups approved the meetup in no time , of course all Thanks to wonderful @HelloJess for her efforts in approved all the World Wide meetup ,

Now it’s our time to spread the community about the meetup i invite the members community and some send me to attend and that’s (great news )

day by day the meetup day come 22/7 wooow very exciting and motivated for

we start at 6 pm exactly

and start our Meetup , our Goal is to visit as much places on the street to edit the information , add missing places and increas the awarness and the important of Local Guides Program to the Owners of Shops and restaurants that we visit

the program is new in Jordan , when we explain what it is ,the shops owners are very happy for the idea and when we tell them we are volunteers and not work for Goolge and all of this FREE , they feel more Happy

we edit and add the missing information and take some photos

we visit restaurants , pharmacies , Gifts shop , travel and tourism agency , clothing store and Barber Salon

we are very very exciting and waiting to make more and more meetups

@OSAMA , looks like you had a great time hosting your community’s Worldwide Map Edit Meetup. Great to see all your happy, smiling faces and all the map editing you and your team did. I enjoyed watching your video too,

You had me at “shawerma!” In Mexican food, they have something similar called “al pastor” - were Lebanese immigrants to Mexico brought this type of spit-grilled meat cooking. Instead of lamb, al pastor is made out of pig and used for tacos and burritos. @ReyLey , you will enjoy this .

@OSAMA I don’t know what to write , this is really amazing. Your meet-up is excellent. What more can I write, I believe @KarenVChin @AlejandraMaria @ErmesT Have written all the words. Now maybe I will prepare a speech and think well before I write a reply Lol. @OSAMA Your support to this worldwide walk was amazing. You were just going all ups and down motivating the members, gathering giving information, engaging them as well in the hangouts and as well providing helpful information. I don’t know what I can say to you @OSAMA , but in all my years in this world, I have not seen people like you and @Osaka78forTRUMP and the rest amazing local Guides we have in this community. Imagine all this efforts put in place to actually help and make an impact in your community. You have a wonderful family, yet you stay up late as well helping this worldwide work. I have never seen you in physical before in my life and with the amazing energy passion and desire you have for your community, you were there 24/7. @OSAMA You are a Legend. .
