Hi friends, I am John Peter, Level 10 Local guide. As we celebrate World Tourism Day every year on 27th, September, this year as a local guide lets go for a Photowalk. Let us explore our Temples citie’s great tourist attractions i.e. Sree Meenakshi Amman Tempel & Gandhi Museum. The distance between the two spots is around 3 km, we can go by walk and by any transportation. Famous Vaigai river located in between this two location. Meeting point: Main Entrance of Sree Meenakshi Amman Temple (Meenakshi Amman Temple, Madurai Main, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India) Date: 27/09/2018 Time: 9.00 Am. From Madurai, Mattuthavani bus stands it is just 6km and from Anna bus stand 3km. There are plenty of busses/Taxis are available on this route as it is in the prime location. Maximum 100 rupees will be the auto fare. I welcome you all to join this program and even if you are new to Local guide program still you are welcomed the most.
