Hello Friends. Some days ago I was shared a post on the paintings of Bengali Culture painted on the flyover of Bengali Squarein Indore. Many of you given the positive response on that post. But today I am going to share with you about a Landmark created on the Memory of India’s 2011 World Cup win. Yes I am talking about Pipliyahana World Cup Square Indore.
Cricket is one of the most loved sport in all over the World. This Sport was first played in England and slowly during the British rule in the world this sport become popular. The World level Tournament of Cricket Sport takes place in the period of every 4 years which is also known as ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup. At present this tornament is going and all teams are performing well.
India is the hosting nation of this World Cup. India hosted the World Cup last time in the year 2011 and India was also the winner of World Cup 2011. In the memory of World Cup 2011 win a Landmark was created on the Pipliyahana Square of Indore City.
This statue of World Cup was developed in the memory of 2011 World Cup win of Indian Cricket Team. And because of the statue this junction is also known as World Cup Square.
Beside the statue on the side walls parallel to the road the paintings of the Cricket Stars of Indian Cricket Team was also painted. Here are the paintings.
Thank you @Shrut19@PrasadVR@TravellerG@keshavdsd . This paintings are playing a major role in the cleanliness of the Country And Indore is the topper since many years. When there is a simple wall people starts spitting or pasting posters. I think this was a big problem in our country. But If there is any decoration on the wall nobody tries to make it dirty because everyone wants that the beautiful things should be clean.
I think if we keep our place attractive which may be either Railway Station, Bus Stand, Park or any other Public Place nobody will try to make it dirty.
अगर एक बार एक सौ चालीस करोड़ देशवासी यह प्रण ले लें की मैं गंदगी नहीं करूंगा तो दुनिया की कोई ताकत नहीं हैं, जो अपने देश को गंदा कर सके।
Cricket is totally unpopular and uncommon sport in Poland, so I’m not familiar with it at all. On the other hand this is a good reason to bright neighborhood with colorful street art after all Thank you for sharing

The Pipliyahana World Cup Square sounds like a must-visit, especially with that incredible statue commemorating that glorious victory . The detailing with paintings of cricket stars adds so much character to the place.
