Besides of the recap posts suggested by @MortenCopenhagen . You can also take a look at this post How to organize a successful meet-up. There you will find everything you need on how to create a Meet-Up.
You definitely can do that @ManojKumarDesai100 I’ve seen you’ve already been given some advice about creating Meetups. There is an educational presentation that is kept up to date by Googlers.
The idea behind the presentation is to make your own copy of it in drive, then reduce it to a set of materials and perhaps translate to a local language that would work for your community of people. I would suggest running through it, then picking an area you’d most like to help people with and strip out all the other slides.
