Woodwork connecting people

I’m fond of woodwork. I make small pieces of furniture and souvenirs. In my old apartment I had a place for my small workshop. However recently I moved to another city and there was no room at my new home for my hobby. So I started looking.
At first, I thought that the best option would be to find a space in some industrial zone or a garage for example. However, because of different reasons neither of the variants was suitable for me. Some had too high rent, some didn’t have electricity or heating.
I realized that it would be good to find a large public workshop with its own production equipment and rent a space there. It was a good idea and turned out that some workshops are ready to not only rent out space, but also equipment.
So I started to gather information. I found out that some of workshops were created specifically for these needs and moreover, were organizing woodwork courses. Anyone could come and learn basic furniture manufacturing and how to use tools.
I though that it could be interesting for many people, but they may not even know about such possibility. On Google Maps I made a list of woodwork coworking spaces of the city and shared it on the social media.
It’s great that there are places in the city, which offer opportunities for work and self-expression and unite amateur woodworkers like me. I always gladly share places like these.
