Woods for stress relief

All of us sometimes need a way to relax when we are stressed out. One of my favorite ways to do this is simple: turn on relaxing music with headphones and take a walk through the woods.

Autumn is my favorite time of the year for walking through the woods. The smell of leaves and the clear air help me relax.

I would recommend trying this method.

Hi @UrosKosevic ,

This hits close to home because I also love roaming through the forest. Just walking aimlessly and listening to the ambience of the environment. When possible I go to my favorite forest and on a hot day you can smell a sweet pine scent everywhere.

Anyways there was actually a study on this and it did come to the conclusion that it decreases negative moods in contrast to walking in a city.
