In addition to what @TravellerG provided as information, as English is the language in the post, the language tag of Vietnamese would be revoked.

Do feel free to check further at How do I find posts in my preferred language.

You may also use the tagging system, with the “@” so that the name of a person you are forwarding the message will appear, as it also allows you to receive notification to follow up posts easily.
