I always wanted to help people by sharing correct information (Photos, Videos, Location & Text) of places so that it will be easy for the people to find places and they should not face any trouble in finding places or at that place. so i joined the Google Local Guide and stated uploading information.
But over the period to upload all this information (Photos, Videos, Location & Text) in google Map, I have spent couple of thousand rupees (INR).
Also I have a-lot of photos, videos of the different place which i want to upload, So is there any way by which " Without spending money on internet, I will be able to upload Photos,Videos & Important info. in Google Map? "
@patilvivek261 This is a connectivity discussion, and not related to Maps or Google directly. The truthful answer is no. Connectivity of your device to the Internet is borned by each user, regardless of which sites/services one uses.
Having said that, some things you can help yourself with “reducing” connectivity cost. The below are only my personal opinions and suggestions.
- For larger uploads like media files, photos, videos, don’t use your mobile data connection. Keep it until you can get on a free wifi, believe nowadays more business/shops provide some form of free wifi, you can upload the larger media when you get on free wifi.
Editing, reviews are text based, so should take up less data and possibly could be done on mobile data.

If you must use mobile data, and cost is an issue. Turn down the camera resolution. For most parts, a 3MP photo is more than sufficient, vs today’s many modern cameras of up to 12 or even higher MP.
-
If you want to compress your photos even more before uploading, I can suggest you to use this progressive web app that is developed by Chrome Labs https://squoosh.app/
Use it to resize, compress pictures before uploading to Maps. Will save you data.

Maybe you may want to skip video to control your budge since video files are generally the largest, and if you must, at least reduce the resolution of the video.
-
Be selective when uploading media, choose only the best shots to upload instead of uploading everything you take. That would save data as well.
Others may provide their suggestions to you also. The above are only my personal suggestions.
