Hi @nanik_rf ,
Thanks for sharing your lovely photos! Do you live in this city? I love winter period when it’s fully covered in snow like that and everything is white and pretty. It makes it so much nicer and cleaner to me. Even the cold is not as cold. How low does the temperature go?
Thanks! ![]()
@OlgaKlimchik wow, it’s so similiar. Maybe their location is close enough ? It must be fun for experiencing winter like that once a year
@DanniS Thanks for reading my story. Yes, I agree with you. I love winter period more because I lived in tropic country so I can’t experience wither once a yeaar. and when I have a chance for travelling in winter I really excited, it’s been 5 years but I still can’t forget that. The temperature was about -30 until -35. so cold. How about your winter experience ?
@nanik_rf Wow that’s cold indeed. In Finland, my coldest has been -30, but that was a long time ago. I think nowadays it doesn’t get that cold in Helsinki, maybe around -20. I would like to have full covered snow winter, but so far it’s been grey and muddy.
@nanik_rf No, Belarus is quite far from China, that is why the similarity is so unexpected.
@DanniS yeah, really cold. I just can stay outside in short time just for taking this photos. It’s long time ago tho, 5 years ago. I think it will be nice if the weather around -20, you can enjoy winter outside. it must be beautiful in Finland
@OlgaKlimchik yeah it’s quite far, but jiayin is in the border between china and russia, so most of the building looks like russian architecture
@nanik_rf Yes, it seems this is a reason. Belarus was a part of Russia for a long time.
