Winter steamed cake (vapa pitha)

The most traditional part of Bangladesh during the winter season is the steamed cake (vapa pitha) which everyone likes very much.
Steamed cake recipe

Rice powder

1 :Rice powder
2 :Molasses (Sweet)
3 :Coconut

Preparation: First you have to put water in a pan and then put it in the oven. The water will continue to be hot. Then
Some coconut should be mixed with rice powder, then molasses and coconut should be mixed separately in another bowl.

Sweet and coconut fry

This time in a small bowl, first add a little rice powder, then molasses (sweet) and coconut, then add rice powder on top, then wrap with a soft cloth and put it on the heat of hot water for 3 minutes.

চালের গুড়ির সাথে কিছুটা লবণ মিশিয়ে নিলে টেস্ট অনেকাংশে বৃদ্ধি পায়।

ইসসসস!!! পিঠটা দেখতে এত সুন্দর লাগছে. শীতের সকাল বেলা একটা পিঠা যদি পেতাম. চোখ বন্ধ করে আট-দশটা ভাপা ৰিঠা খেয়ে ফেললাম.
