BTW you are from Minsk right? Do you know gaming company Wargaming?
World of Tanks is one of my favourite PC games and their headquarters is in Minsk.

And I know such a game, although I have never played it myself.
And yes, the headquarters of the developers is located in Minsk, it is a very large IT company.
I was even working for them not long ago :).
I saw some pictures of their headquarters and as you say @AlexKuAlex it is very large company and they even have many more buildings around the Europe.
If you are interested in warfare you can maybe try their games they are free to play (you do not have to pay anything).
