This is basically the representation of early winter mornings at Yamuna Bank in Delhi.
During winters, birds migrate to Delhi and a lot of other parts of India.
The birds in this picture are seagulls.
You can see some local boats which will give you a very short tour of the Yamuna river, and you can enjoy the cackling symphony of the birds while rowing amidst them.
Witnessing a sunrise or a sunset with this view is blissful.
It’s a must-do thing if you’re in Delhi during the weekends.

It looks really pretty and not cold at all? Is there a way to get on a boat like that for the experience? I love mornings, when you see the beautiful sunset and sit somewhere and relax with a cup of coffee?

Yes, it’s pretty, but it was really cold as well.
And you can just pay Rs. 50 - Rs. 100 per person to get on the boat.
