Winning the Google Maps Connect Badge challenge announced earlier here was a culmination of storytelling, culinary exploration, and community engagement. This journey wasn’t just about capturing a meal but about encapsulating an experience that resonates with viewers globally, guiding them through the alleys of Xi’an to the warm, inviting space of the Sister-in-Law Hot Pot Restaurant.
The essence of my video was not just to showcase the food but to narrate a story - the story of a traditional meal bringing people together. I focused on capturing the vibrant ambiance, the meticulous preparation of ingredients, and the communal joy of sharing a hot pot.
