I was taking the assistance from@Raphael_Mahumane, who advised to generate separate post. In this regard in my list window is displaying wrong photos so I can not choose the right, photo. Assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately this is a problem that we are all facing, about the people uploading wrong photos on Google maps.
What we can do, as Local Guides, is to flag the photos for removal.
Depending of the device you are using, the way to report a photo is different, as you can read on Add, remove, or share photos and videos
On Computer:
Report a photo on Google Maps
If you see something in Google Maps that is inappropriate or inaccurate, you can let us know.
- Search for a place or click it on the map.
On the top left, click the large photo to open the photo gallery.
Click the photo you want to report.
On the left side, click More (3 dots) > Report a problem
On Android:
Report a photo or video on Google Maps
If you see something in Google Maps that is inappropriate or inaccurate, you can let us know.
- Search for a place or tap it on the map.
- Scroll to the photos section, then pick the photo you want to report.
- On the bottom right, tap on the flag to Report
On iPhone and iPad:
Report a photo or video on Google Maps
If you see something in Google Maps that is inappropriate or inaccurate, you can let us know.
- Search for a place or tap it on the map.
- Scroll to the photos section, then pick the photo you want to report.
- On the bottom right, tap on the flag to Report
Of course a series of photos of a wrong place can make difficult for you to choose the right photo who represent a place on your list.
BTW, this issue is not related to the lists, but to the photos of a place instead
