Will posting too many edits cause alarm bells to go off?

This morning I shot the building faces of an entire outlet mall. I’ve do the like frequently to provide updated photos of what things look like today, and to ensure businesses are located in their appropriate place. From time to time I need to make edits so that the businesses fit into the slots their addresses specify.

Today though, a LOT of businesses were completely out of order. Even 2 of them were located in the street instead of in the complex. I started ‘fixing’ with edits, and at about 8-10 edits, recognized that I might be setting myself up for pain. Should I be concerned making edits to 10+ (or what number specifically) businesses in a specific area? Problems for me lurking ahead?

As of today, I have made 85.538 approved edits, and I have not experienced issues related to this. At least not that I know of!

But if the spam filter suspects you of any wrongdoing it will not approve your edits. Since I don’t know the quality and nature of your edits it is difficult to help you in more detail.

I see fluctuations in the approval rate over time. Sometimes pretty much anything gets approved while other times the spam filter is acting out and rejecting pretty much all edits. In this situation, I back off and try again later (some days later).
