It is compulsory to active from past 12 month for applying in connect live 2020.
I am on google maps from one & half year but in between i am not active. Just from last 2 month I started it again.

Every Local Guide that is L5+ and is at least 21yo can submit the application.
Then, of course, only 200 will be selected, according to the criteria explained on the announcement post

As mentioned above all Local Guides who are Levels 5+ are eligible to apply. Be sure you’re subscribed to emails about Perks and check your spam folder.
