You can see, and even like my photos, but you must see this incredible art in reality.
Hi @KrisBulon ,
That’s impressive! How long is the guided tour for this amazing mine? It looks really historical and interesting. Are you from Krakow?

Hi @DanniS
Tour takes around 3 hours. The Groups are not too big - around 15 people. You are equiped with radio receiver and headphone so you can hear tour guide.
If you want to make a photos you need to pay small fee around 2,5 Euro (10 PLN)
You can find more information on the website: https://www.wieliczka-saltmine.com
I can recommend Wieliczka to all: older and younger. There is nothing to fear, you do not need to be in a great condition to walk in comfortable conditions in the mine for 3 hours. The guide talks great and knows all the answers even the most difficult ones asked by the youngest. I recommend sightseeing in the afternoon. In the mine it does not matter and there are no crowds to cash. The tour can start even around 4 P.M and we can still eat a nice dinner in underground restaurant. After tour you have time for youself, you can make a photos o go to 5D cinema.
I’m not from Krakow. And it was my first time in Wieliczka. This time I was going back from winter vacations in Zakopane and we decided to visit Wieliczka on the way.
BTW: here you can find link to the post from my visit to Zakopane last Spring. ![]()
