Why you should make Reviews a Priority

It was around the last quarter of the year (2018) I got to know about Google local guide. At first, it doesn’t occur to me as a venture really worth deliberating time on as I only take it to be a thing to do at my leisure hours.

As a Local guide, and a prodigy in the art, I only love making reviews about places and answering prompt questions–the reason you’ll notice from my involvement stats, that it’s just reviews and answers that has entries with triple figures.

Being a local guide was just a thing of fun to me as I never thought there might be any incentive or benefit I could get from it, other than helping people locate places and connecting the world.

However, my thoughts was proved wrong the day I received a mail from Google Local guides telling me I could join this year’s (2019) big event in California, I was like WoW!!!

But then, I needed to check for the authenticity of the contents of the mail, the sender and even my own impact to be deemed fit and worthy of this great offer.

Having, confirmed this, and only to see that it’s just by making time out to give reviews and give answers to prompt questions was I merited upon, then I see myself lucky to have engaged myself in the first place.

Ever since, I have made this activity a thing I do on a daily basis.

Just to let you know, I was just a level 5 local guide as at the time I received the invite mail, so it’s really not a time wasting venture but a profitable one.

Make time out daily to give reviews, add photos and answer prompt questions and you’ll be glad you did and be a proud Local guide.

If not anything, the joy and happiness it brings to heart of helping others locate places is nothing comparable to anything.

I’m really proud to be a local guide.
