Why We Should be Honest with Our Feedback

Hi,

My name is Anugrah, feel free to call me Gege. I’m an Indonesian who loves to travel. Father of two and husband to one, of course, jeez.

So I just want to share my story when I visited Solo, a capital city of West Java Province, Indonesia. This is the city where our current President, President Joko Widodo was born. It has so many cultural interest and places, so worthy to be visited. And it culinary, well, it’s not everybody’s taste.

What I want to share is my experience when I visited one culinary place that is mentioned “a-must-try-food-when-you-in-solo”. So I went there, tried the food, and got really disappointed, especially with the service. The review can be found here: https://goo.gl/maps/E1wzRZXjJXNLnqvC8, but it’s in Bahasa. Long story short, the taste was so-so, a little pricey, less hygiene, and no smile at all. I believe this review got the most view (and likes)

Although reviews in google maps don’t act as Facebook or Instagram, I know that by giving an honest review, we are helping a lot of people to save their time when they are visiting a new place. Everybody knows that. A lot more places that more worthy can be visited, another food to be tasted, and more experience to be shared.

I know this is short, but I’m hoping that I can share more on the Connect Live 2019, LOL.

Cheers,
Gege
