Playgrounds are normally editable for Maps users. But this one is not. So you need to send feedback to fix this issue. Use these Steps to send feedback.
You may need to copy the link to the place to your clipboard. Then zoom out a bit and select feedback. And paste the link into your feedback.

It is doubtful sending general feedback would address this particular issue, it is more about sending comments and suggestion on the use of Google Maps, not to fix data errors.
Since nobody but Google can edit polygon features you should ask for assistance in the Google Maps help forum.

This is where you will see sections on Connect that not everyone has access to. You currently have none.
Earlier when Streetview Trusted Photographers were supported on Connect you would see it here. If you get invited to a Live event or become a connect moderator you will also get access to “secret” sections.
I think it would be more user-friendly if this heading was not shown to users with no exclusive access.
