I am facing problem my local guide acheivement is being shown in two mail ids
How I can merge both mail ids point and show one mail id so that my acheivement is merged for both mailids

According to the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : (that you confirmed to know when you joined the program) “Contributions to Google Maps must originate from a single Google account to count towards benefits and cannot be transferred between owned accounts.”
Due to this, you could be suspended with both accounts, so I suggest you to exit from the program with one of them ASAP.
In addition I would like to remind you what the Community policy says:
- “Take photos that clearly and accurately represent a location …**”
- “Dark, blurry, and redundant photos will be removed. Users who duplicate photos across locations, … will also be removed.”
I suggest you to check your contributions and to remove everything is actually violating the already mentioned rules
