In the past two years, a kind of a fever for this business starts in Buenos Aires.
Like back in the days when you could find a Confitería, a sort of italian coffee restaurant, in every corner of the city. You could (and still) find people having a cup of coffee for hours. Now you can find a Cervecería, and there is the same story.
There is a fever for craft beer. The brewing method got so seductive and popular which now every young porteño fellow can be find having a beer at any on this places after 6PM. Maybe you don’t know, but we do everything late in Argentina.
Why can I affirm this? There is 8 Cervecerías you can’t miss in Nuñez in only a 10 block radius, and other 2 in under construction. And this is only in by the half of my hood. Picture the rest of the city.
So, it pretty does’t matter if you have no idea what to taste. You need to find you own experience.
