This is my Google Maps profile in which there 7178 contributions but today when I opened Google maps there was showing 0 contributions. Why? Even my Name, level and bio is also not showing. Anybody Please help.

The good news: You are not suspended.
I see your level and most contributions on Google Maps and you are able to post here on Connect.
Please, try Clear cache & cookies, if you have not already done so. The link has step-by-step instructions for Android, IOS, and Desktop. Just select the relevant tab at the top.
Also, please log out of your Local Guides account and log back in, and update your Google Maps app if necessary.
You can also check by looking at your profile from an other device or platform.
But Google has started removing a big chunk of your contributions.
I see a lot of photo violations that you need to fix.
