It’s usual to find bad scores from somewhere, or reputation of the same is affected to the bad experience of some user, many times the bad experiences cause people to feel angry and therefore write a review or give a low score that finally impacts people who want to visit that place, however, many times whwn you say “I had a bad experience” many factors are involved that are not mentioned at the time of writing the review, all businesses make mistakes and I consider that many of them should not be a reason to be poorly qualified, for example, in many places there is too much affluence and it is possible that the workers in that place are so busy and they can forget something, I think it is quite normal that this happens, but we users should understand it. My story happens with some clubs in Mexico City, many of them are poorly rated, because users mention that there were too many people waiting and they could not enter, but it is quite normal that this happens on holidays or even fortnights, if you are a little more patient you will enter in that club and I assure you that the music is great and the drinks they prepare too. I also like to share some photos that I take on Instagram, my followers are interested in getting to know that place.
