I am a local guide and my level is 6 and I have 1386 contributions, but the views and likes on photos and videos that I posted in my reviews have not been counted in order to get badges. Also, no one can follow me on google map. I am wondering why? And how to make views and likes counted in order to get badges?

The main reason why you counters are not updated is that the total number of view is not updated in continuosly, and sometimes it can last for some days, up to a week.
And as far as I can see, you started to contribute as a Local Guide just three days ago, adding near 700 photos (with a big redundancy) 75 videos and 48 reviews (11 of them are hidden) in 72 hours.
Be patient, and your counter will update
