My ratings and answer score not showing. How to solve this problem. Anyone help me.

- Regarding ratings, zero is a perfect number, because that number refers to places where you gave a “rating only” without a review. For a detailed explanation you can read: FAQ: Why my rating is so low?
Regarding answers, probably you missed the points (or you don’t get points) due to the setting for Google’s My Activity . Please read: How do I delete my answers to questions on Google Maps?
If on My Activity your setting is different from this one here below, your answer are automatically deleted and the points not given.
From the Google Maps help you can read: Answer questions :
- Make sure you have the latest updated Google Maps.
- Make sure that your Web & App Activity is on.

Hello there you could try signing out and sign back in refreshing the page. If that doesn’t work you can check your settings and make sure, maybe try restarting phone as well. Have a good day
