Why My Post on Connect is showing in duplicate?

I have made a post on connect on 26th-April’2019 with title “My Childhood Fascination is now my Obsession” under Local Stories Topic. After final submission, I am seeing this post double means this post is reflecting in my profile twice.

So my question is why it happened and how can I delete duplicate post from here?

@MortenSI , @TravellerG , @AmbrishVarshney Sir Please advice me on above issue please.

Thanks for reaching out!

You may have accidentally pressed the “post” button twice before the post actually went live. This happens to comments as well some times and will show the post as if you posted it one after another.

I see your duplicate posts on your profile, and in this instance I will merge them together so they appear as one.

Thanks for clearing that @MortenSI , in future, if it happen by mistake, what should one do to sort that, can we tag a moderator for this?

In case something similar happens in the future, feel free to tag a moderator so someone from the team can handle it.
