Hello friends, i added totally 376 photos in gmap and it have around 250000 + views.
But 325 photos only show in my number of contributions what is the reason for it and how i solve this problem?

You observations are correct.
Some of photos might be hidden because the spam filter found they violate the guidelines. Or maybe they are perfectly good and the spam filter just over reacted.
Try comparing your public and private photo contribution lists to identify what photos of yours are hidden. Mark some of them on a few screenshots and share them below. Then someone or I might be able to help you out.
